Ivory is described as the lightest shade in the family, Light as light and Medium as medium. When comparing shades in the product photographs, consider the relationship between the colour of your jaw and neck. The same shade name in another product family does not necessarily mean the same colour; screens and lighting can also change its appearance.

How to use
Apply a small amount to clean, moisturised skin with a sponge, brush or fingertips, spreading from the centre of the face outwards. Estimated standard delivery within Türkiye is 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders of TRY 599 or more after discounts; below this amount, the shipping fee is TRY 99.90. Your delivery option and order total are shown at checkout.
Follow your order
When your order is dispatched, carrier and tracking details are sent by email. You can also check delivery progress in your account’s order details. If you cannot find your tracking information, contact us with your order number.
Our delivery commitment
Your order is delivered within the period stated when you place it. Except for product-specific legal exceptions, this period cannot exceed 30 days. If delivery is affected, we will contact you. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
If your parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it where possible. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, send us your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and provide a solution in line with your statutory rights. Those rights do not depend on a courier report or notification within 24 hours.

Return conditions
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your withdrawal notice and order number to info@rosecandy.com.tr by email or in writing through our contact page. You do not have to use a particular form.
Preparing your return
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pack the item and its included parts securely to prevent transit damage. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost you no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed to you in reply to your notice.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the day you hand the goods to a carrier for their return. For withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice. Payments, including applicable initial delivery charges, are refunded through the original payment method without an additional fee.
Health & hygiene conditions
Products may be excluded from withdrawal if their protective seal, tape or packaging has been opened after delivery and they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This exception does not automatically apply to every product. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

For an incorrect, missing or damaged item, or an exchange request, contact us with your order number and product details. We will explain the available options based on your request and the product’s condition. Returns and exchanges do not limit your statutory remedies.
