Rose Candy orders are shipped throughout Türkiye. Delivery and shipping charge information is shown before you complete your order.

Delivery time and charge

Except for product-specific circumstances permitted by law, your order is delivered within 30 days at the latest. The estimated time, delivery charge and any free-shipping conditions appear in the order summary before payment.

Damaged, wrong or incomplete delivery

If you notice a problem with your parcel or product, send us the order number and details. Photos and a carrier's report, if available, help with the review; they are not mandatory conditions for exercising your statutory rights. Missing a particular short notification period does not by itself remove those rights.

Your rights to free repair, replacement with a non-defective equivalent, a price reduction or withdrawal from the contract for defective goods are reserved under the applicable legal conditions.
