1. Sender and scope

This consent concerns commercial electronic messages sent on behalf of Rose Candy (rosecandy.com.tr). It does not mean that you have given consent for other brands.

2. Optional, separate channel choices

Campaign email and SMS permissions are separate and optional. Permission for one channel does not cover the other. You do not need to give campaign consent to create an account, shop, pay or receive delivery.

3. Message content and purpose

Product, campaign, discount, coupon, event, satisfaction survey and brand announcements may be sent through the channel you permit. Permissions are assessed within the scope of the brand and communication channel you select.

4. Service notifications remain separate

Transactional notifications concerning account security, email or telephone verification, orders, payments, returns, invoices, shipping and delivery are sent to establish or perform the service. These do not depend on campaign consent and do not stop when that consent is withdrawn.

5. Withdrawal and preference management

You may withdraw consent using the easy, free opt-out method provided in a message or through the Message Management System (İYS). You may also send your request to info@normbitkisel.com. Commercial electronic messages through the relevant channel stop within three business days following receipt of the opt-out notice.

6. Data processing and service providers

Your contact information and preference records may be shared, limited to sending and permission management, with authorised communications infrastructure providers and systems required by law. Details of personal data processing are explained in the Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy; a record that these texts have been read is not commercial messaging consent. 7. Changes

If a new version materially changes the scope of consent, a new choice is requested when necessary. Silence, a pre-ticked box or simply continuing to use the site does not constitute consent.
