Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the general terms for sales through rosecandy.com.tr. Ordered products, quantities, VAT-inclusive prices, discounts, delivery charges, total amount, payment method and delivery/billing details are considered together with the order summary. Read the Preliminary Information Form before purchasing.

1 — Parties

Buyer: The consumer placing an order through rosecandy.com.tr. Buyer, delivery and billing details are collected at checkout and linked to the order.

2 — Subject

This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through rosecandy.com.tr, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3 — Products, price, payment and invoice

Basic product characteristics appear on product pages; quantities, VAT-inclusive prices, discounts, delivery charges and the total amount appear in the order summary. Available payment methods are presented at checkout. The invoice is issued using the details provided when ordering.

4 — Delivery

Except for product-specific circumstances permitted by law, products are delivered to the specified address within 30 days of the order date at the latest. Delivery charges are included in the order total before payment. For delivery questions, read the Shipping Policy or contact the Seller.

5 — Right of withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Notice may be sent in writing to info@normbitkisel.com. Unless the Seller offers to collect the product, the Buyer returns it within 14 days of giving notice. If a return carrier is specified in the preliminary information, returning through that carrier is free; if no carrier is specified, no return charge may be requested from the Buyer. If the specified carrier has no branch in the Buyer's location, the product is collected without additional charge. The Seller refunds the product price and delivery charge within 14 days of handover to the specified carrier, or receipt by the Seller when another carrier is used, in one payment consistent with the original payment method and without charging the Buyer.

6 — Exceptions to withdrawal

Products whose packaging has been opened after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons, perishable products and personalised products may fall within the exceptions in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation when the legal conditions are met. An applicable exception is explained before purchase in the product and preliminary information texts. Statutory rights concerning defective goods are unaffected by these exceptions.

7 — General terms

The Buyer should review the products, total amount and sales terms before completing the order. Completing the order creates an obligation to pay. Statutory rights concerning defective products are reserved.

8 — Personal data

Information on personal data processing is provided in the Personal Data Notice. Accepting this agreement is not permission to receive advertising or campaign messages.

9 — Dispute resolution

The Buyer may apply to a Consumer Arbitration Committee within its current jurisdiction and monetary limits. Before bringing an action in a Consumer Court, mediation applies to disputes covered by Article 73/A of Law No. 6502, subject to statutory exceptions.

10 — Order and agreement information

You may send requests for information or documents concerning your order and sales documents to the Seller. Nothing in this agreement restricts mandatory consumer rights.
