Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement sets out the terms for using a customer account created through rosecandy.com.tr. Membership is free; product sales and payments are subject to the preliminary information and Distance Sales Agreement presented when ordering.

Member: An individual who creates or uses an existing customer account in the Rose Candy online store.

2. Scope of the customer account

This agreement concerns the use of a Rose Candy customer account. Send questions about your account through the contact channels below.

3. Account use and security

The Member agrees to provide accurate, current information belonging to them, keep login codes, passwords and session credentials confidential, and report unauthorised use without delay. Unlawful, misleading or automated abuse is prohibited.

4. Account features

Available customer account features appear on the account screen. For help with orders, delivery or returns, use the channels on the Contact page. An account access problem does not remove your statutory consumer rights.

5. Personal data and communication preferences

Personal data processing and individual rights are explained in the Personal Data Notice and Privacy Policy. Campaign email and SMS preferences are separate and optional. Transactional notifications may be sent separately to perform the service.

6. Intellectual property

Rights in the site's software, designs, brands, images and content belong to their respective owners. Membership does not grant permission to reproduce, commercially use or reverse-engineer them beyond your personal shopping experience.

7. Closing an account

You may request closure of your account at info@normbitkisel.com. Records necessary for open orders, disputes and legal retention obligations may be retained. Access may be suspended for a security breach or serious breach of agreement; your statutory rights are reserved.

8. Changes

Important changes to these terms are explained in the current text. Information and consent procedures are carried out separately where required by law. Changes do not remove consumer rights that have already arisen.

9. Applicable law and remedies

The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies. Law No. 6502 and mandatory consumer rights are reserved. Disputes may be brought before Consumer Arbitration Committees and competent Consumer Courts.

10. Effect

Account use is subject to these terms. Being informed about personal data processing and creating an account do not mean permission to receive campaign emails or SMS messages. You give communication permissions separately.
