Rose Candy SPF 50+ Waterproof Sunscreen is a sunscreen in a 100 ml bottle. Make time for the sun care step as you get ready to go outside: apply to clean, dry skin, reapply during the day and keep track of your time in the sun.
From getting ready in the morning to taking a break after swimming, knowing when to reapply is part of using the product. Review the directions as you put the bottle in your bag. Close the cap after use and keep it away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
How to use
Apply to clean, dry skin 30 minutes before sun exposure. Follow the current packaging directions for the application area and amount. Reapply every 2–3 hours, depending on how long you stay in the sun, and especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Do not reduce the amount applied to make the sunscreen last longer.
Sun warning
Sunscreens do not provide 100% protection. Do not stay in the sun for too long, even while using the product; reapplication is not a reason to extend sun exposure. The word Waterproof does not remove the need to reapply after swimming.

Estimated standard delivery within Türkiye is 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders of TRY 599 or more after discounts; below this amount, the shipping fee is TRY 99.90. Your delivery option and order total are shown at checkout.
Follow your order
When your order is dispatched, carrier and tracking details are sent by email. You can also check delivery progress in your account’s order details. If you cannot find your tracking information, contact us with your order number.
Our delivery commitment
Your order is delivered within the period stated when you place it. Except for product-specific legal exceptions, this period cannot exceed 30 days. If delivery is affected, we will contact you. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
If your parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it where possible. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, send us your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and provide a solution in line with your statutory rights. Those rights do not depend on a courier report or notification within 24 hours.

Return conditions
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your withdrawal notice and order number to info@rosecandy.com.tr by email or in writing through our contact page. You do not have to use a particular form.
Preparing your return
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pack the item and its included parts securely to prevent transit damage. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost you no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed to you in reply to your notice.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the day you hand the goods to a carrier for their return. For withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice. Payments, including applicable initial delivery charges, are refunded through the original payment method without an additional fee.
Health & hygiene conditions
Products may be excluded from withdrawal if their protective seal, tape or packaging has been opened after delivery and they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This exception does not automatically apply to every product. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.

For an incorrect, missing or damaged item, or an exchange request, contact us with your order number and product details. We will explain the available options based on your request and the product’s condition. Returns and exchanges do not limit your statutory remedies.

How to useApplication before sun exposure and reapplication
Keep your sunscreen within reach as you get ready in the morning. Rather than adding it at the last moment as you leave, plan to apply it 30 minutes beforehand. Applying to clean, dry skin, using the amount directed on the packaging and reapplying during the day are all part of this step.
Keep track of reapplication as your outdoor plans change. Reapply every 2–3 hours, depending on how long you stay in the sun, and also after swimming, sweating and towel drying. When carrying the bottle with you, do not leave it in direct sunlight or excessive heat. Close the cap at the end of the day and keep it in a place that meets the storage instructions until your next use.
