Use the brush to distribute the product and shape each part of the brow individually. Brush your eyebrows upward, checking both brows together in the mirror as you choose the shape.

How to use
Apply to clean, dry brows. Brush your eyebrows upward with the applicator, distributing the product evenly. Set the desired shape and leave to dry. Follow the instructions on the packaging.

Delivery
Delivery time & shipping cost
Estimated standard delivery within Türkiye is 1–3 business days. Shipping is free for orders of TRY 599 or more after discounts; below this amount, the shipping fee is TRY 99.90. Your delivery option and order total are shown at checkout.
Follow your order
When your order is dispatched, carrier and tracking details are sent by email. You can also check delivery progress in your account’s order details. If you cannot find your tracking information, contact us with your order number.
Our delivery commitment
Your order is delivered within the period stated when you place it. Except for product-specific legal exceptions, this period cannot exceed 30 days. If delivery is affected, we will contact you. Your statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
Damaged or incomplete delivery
If your parcel is visibly damaged, ask the courier to record it where possible. For damaged, missing or incorrect items, send us your order number and photographs of the issue. We will review your request and provide a solution in line with your statutory rights. Those rights do not depend on a courier report or notification within 24 hours.
Delivery outside Türkiye
Available destinations and shipping options for your address are shown at checkout. The free shipping threshold for Türkiye does not apply to international orders.

Return conditions
Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Send your withdrawal notice and order number to info@rosecandy.com.tr by email or in writing through our contact page. You do not have to use a particular form.
Preparing your return
Send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Pack the item and its included parts securely to prevent transit damage. The Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, so returns cost you no shipping fee. Return shipping details are e-mailed to you in reply to your notice.
Refunds
Refunds are made within 14 days of the day you hand the goods to a carrier for their return. For withdrawal before delivery, it starts when we receive your notice. Payments, including applicable initial delivery charges, are refunded through the original payment method without an additional fee.
Health & hygiene conditions
Products may be excluded from withdrawal if their protective seal, tape or packaging has been opened after delivery and they are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons. This exception does not automatically apply to every product. Your statutory rights concerning defective goods remain unaffected.
Exchanges & product issues
For an incorrect, missing or damaged item, or an exchange request, contact us with your order number and product details. We will explain the available options based on your request and the product’s condition. Returns and exchanges do not limit your statutory remedies.

Brush your eyebrows upward with the applicator. The front, middle and tail may point in different directions. Work through each area with the brush rather than sweeping the entire brow in one movement.
For a groomed look, follow your own brow line. Check both brows together in the mirror as you spread the product evenly. Once you have chosen the shape, leave it to dry before brushing through it again.

Apply to clean, dry brows, shape them and allow the product to dry.
Start clean and dry
Make sure the brow area is clean and dry. Observe the natural direction of the hairs in the mirror.
Work with the brush
Brush your eyebrows upward with the applicator to distribute the product evenly. Work with small movements at the front and tail of the brow.
Finish the shape
Shape your brows as desired. Check both sides together, then leave them to dry.
Do not allow the product to get into your eyes; follow the usage instructions and warnings on the packaging.
